10 Local Students Make Alma’s Dean’s List

Ten area students were recognized for their academic achievement at Alma College during the fall 2021 semester. Alma’s Dean’s List honors students with a GPA of 3.5 or higher while taking at least 13 credits.

Pauline Gault and Phebe Gault of Hamilton; Jarod Arendsen, Bailey Matthews, Haley Manghini and Abigail Walton from Holland; James Malkowski of Saugatuck; and Faith Hall, Megan Schreur and Greysen Tomlinson from Zeeland each secured a spot on the list.

Students rewarded at SNHU

A group of local students earned academic honors at Southern New Hampshire University in the fall 2021 semester.

Seven area students made the President’s List by having a GPA of 3.7 or higher and 12 or more credits. Two students earned spots on the Dean’s List for a GPA of 3.5 to 3.699 while taking 12 or more credits.

Juliette Ailes, Torianna Betzelberger, Alexis Delgado and Ashley Littles from Holland, Jessie George and Tory Swank from West Olive and Tristan Morse from Zeeland all made the president’s list. Fennville’s Morgan Bolles and Holland’s Courtney Dules both earned spots on the Dean’s List.

DeVore makes the Bob Jones list

Stephen DeVore of Holland has been named to the Fall 2021 Dean’s List at Bob Jones University. The list recognizes students with a cumulative grade point average between 3.00 and 3.74. DeVore is a junior specializing in Bible counseling.
