Mario Cristobal made his jokes at Jimmy Lake’s expense after his Oregon Ducks beat the Lake Washington Huskies 26-16 on Saturday night.

Oregon trailed 7-0 early and trailed 9-3 before coming in. The Ducks went to the running game and started making a comeback. They rushed for 329 yards and two touchdowns. Travis Dye had 211 yards and one touchdown.

After the road victory, Cristobal was excited. He also trolled Lake at his post-game press conference with a “feat” mention.

Mario Cristobal with a shot at UW coach Jimmy Lake in the post-game:

“Proud of the way our guys came and showed their prowess in bad weather.”

Cristobal was referring to Lake’s comment that Washington was not a recruiting rival for Oregon due to the Huskies’ “academic prowess”.

After touting academics for his program, Lake made a stupid late-game decision, which led to many jokes. Even Cristobal couldn’t help but shoot.
